What you will do 

In this role, you will lead and grow a team dedicated to designing and implementing cutting-edge HVAC solutions that prioritize reliability, energy efficiency, and decarbonization. You will own the entire process from concept to proposal, ensuring that solutions are technically sound and deliver measurable benefits, such as energy and CO2 savings. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to align project requirements with innovative, cost-effective strategies that meet customer outcomes.

How you will do it 

  • Manage all aspects of system analysis, design, and solution development to meet customer outcomes.

  • Provide direction to the team and project leads, integrating activities across all departments to ensure successful project implementation and support.

  • Anticipate and identify issues that may inhibit project goals, developing and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure processes are integrated to support expected customer service levels.

  • Facilitate the creation of a cohesive team environment.

  • Oversee team member staffing, selection, evaluation, career planning, and development.

What we look for 

Required 

  • Proven leadership in driving multidisciplinary teams to meet business needs.

  • 10 years of HVAC experience in sales, operations, or project development.

  • Extensive HVAC technical expertise, especially in sales/design solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC products and current industry trends.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities.

  • Successful track record in managing large-scale projects from start to finish.

  • Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills, adept at influencing across all levels.
