Residential Conveyancer (Locum)

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER (LOCUM) 4+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, LEICESTERSHIRE, OFFICE-BASED, C.£45 PER HOUR (DOE). An assignment has become available for a residential conveyancer to join a long-established law firm on a locum basis from November until Christmas.  Job Ref: 7375

• A locum position starting in November and running until Christmas to cover for a permanent recruitment process.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing a caseload of diverse residential conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• This role will be accompanied by secretarial support.
• This role requires a candidate who can hit the ground running and handle their own caseload.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience within residential conveyancing is required.
• This role is available to Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives
