One of London’s friendliest and progressive practices (with offices around the world), with a vibrant and supportive HR Team, is keen to recruit an HR Advisor to work closely with the wider team.
It’s a varied role encompassing resourcing, reward, employee relations and other operational activities. There will also be opportunities to support HR initiatives and projects across the team. The role sits as part of the central HR team and will report into the various BPs depending on the practice group, and you will have the partners and managers within to support.
Previous generalist HR experience is essential within a professional services firm. Candidates must have a sound understanding of employment legislation, a desire to keep up to date with upcoming changes, and a professional manner with the ability to work collaboratively across the firm and the HR team. CIPD qualification is desirable, but not essential.
