This is an excellent opportunity for a QTS English Teacher to teach small groups of students with Social Emotional & Mental Health Needs.The school located in South Birmingham has excellent facilities and supportive leadership, teachers work as a team to provide students with an outstanding education and inspire a love for learning! This role requires a QTS English Teacher with strong classroom management skills and excellent subject knowledge.
Qualifications and Qualities:To thrive in this English Teacher role, you should have the following qualifications and qualities:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in English or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching English to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, preferably within a PRU or similar setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English language and literature.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
