A premier UK Top 20 accountancy firm are seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Partner to join their London-based team. This role involves offering sophisticated tax advisory and planning services to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), business owners, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Advisory: Provide bespoke tax planning and compliance services on matters such as inheritance tax, trusts, estate planning, and capital gains tax.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs and family offices, delivering personalized tax solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Offer deep expertise in UK and international tax matters, navigating complex tax structures and advising on cross-border tax issues.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the private client tax team, fostering a collaborative and client-focused environment.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and expand the firm's private client base through networking and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a partner or director specializing in private client tax advisory.
  • Expertise in UK tax law, particularly around estates, trusts, and personal tax planning for HNWIs.
  • Track record of successfully managing and expanding client portfolios.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at advising wealthy individuals on complex tax matters.
