Our client is seeking a Conveyancer, this role can be Full Time or Part Time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the full life cycle of residential property transactions, from file opening through to post-completion.
- Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols.
- Conducting meetings with clients to provide guidance and updates.
- Accurately maintaining time records and managing billing processes.
- Liaising with all parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth progress.
- Taking on additional duties as required.
- Contributing to business development efforts to expand the department.

- Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of matters
- Experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters
- Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development
- Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
- Self-motivated team player
- Ambition to progress
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
