A leading Employment Tax team in London is recruiting for an Employment Tax Senior Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join an area of the Tax service line that is growing year on year and is seeing significant investment. The Employment Tax team works with a range of clients that vary in size of business (FTSE/AIM etc), complexity of work and across many different sectors.

As an Employment Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering advice in areas such as governance (including PAYE, payroll, NMW, holiday pay, CIS compliance), employment status including IR35/off payroll workers, reward and benefit planning
  • Manage a wide variety of employment solutions advisory projects, varying from larger strategic projects through to risk and opportunity reviews
  • Manage compliance activities such as PAYE health checks, SAO certification, KYC, voluntary disclosures and PAYE Settlement
  • Leading and providing support on our Employer Solutions technology offering
  • Managing and developing client relationships through business development activities
  • Reviewing work and coaching and developing junior colleagues

You will be CTA, ACA or ATT qualified and be able to demonstrate experience in the above responsibilities, with working experience gained in a professional services environment.
