Join our team as a Home Service Engineer earning £26,000 per annum. You'll enjoy the flexibility and support you need to make an impact: our engineers visit over 4 million people in their homes every year and delivering outstanding customer service.

What you'll do:
  • Visit our customers, and working inside and outside the home you'll be installing and servicing our great products, from Sky Glass, Stream and Sky Q.
  • Optimise customers' home entertainment experience by using various testing and diagnostic tools.
  • Demonstrate to the customer how everything works, so they can get the most out of their Sky products and services
  • Through great conversations, you will identify customer needs and offer tailored product and services to enhance the Sky experience.
  • Work full time on a 9hr rolling rota including weekends
What you'll bring:
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • You will live and work in the above advertised postcode area(s)
  • The drive to work in a practical environment with lots of autonomy
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Enjoy working outdoors and at heights
  • An interest in technology
  • The ability to problem solve
  • A passion for customer satisfaction providing great customer service
