Account Handler -Job Description
Overall Expectation
Awareness of most broking issues, ensuring they are dealt with effectively to deliver top client service. Supports the handling of the overall account and builds strong colleague, client and insurer relationships,
Applies expertise to help manage an overall account and develop new business.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience servicing an account which is majority made of Property Owners and Personal Lines business.
They will demonstrate HM core values of Personal Service, Integrity, Value for Money and Expertise in the way they look after the clients and acquire new business.
Will be a team player who works closely with and supports others within the company.
Will work closely with account handlers and claims team to ensure service is maintained.
Broke new business and renewals including negotiating with insurers where needed.
Manage Renewal lists to ensure terms are prepared in good time.
Salary Range: Dependent on Experience.
Contract: Permanent - Full Time and Part Time position available.
