As a Personal Trainer at The Coach House Spa, you will play a pivotal role in creating lasting relationships through exceptional fitness and wellness services.

We are looking for passionate, experienced, and dedicated professionals to join our team and help us elevate The Coach House Spa into the leading centre of Health and Wellness in the world.

What youll be doing:

  • Delivering outstanding 1:1 personal training sessions tailored to individual needs and goals.
  • Leading dynamic group fitness classes, including yoga, pilates, and other wellness-focused sessions.
  • Collaborating closely with our wellness team to offer a holistic approach to health, fitness, and well-being.
  • Building personal, meaningful relationships with our members, helping them on their fitness journey and offering expert guidance every step of the way.
  • Playing an integral role in shaping the future of health and wellness at Beaverbrook and contributing to our reputation for excellence.

Who you are:

  • REPs Level 3 Qualified (or equivalent) with Yoga or Pilates Qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of anatomy, fitness, and a proven ability to apply this in both group and individual settings.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, working with a variety of clients over an extended period of time.
  • Passionate about the health and well-being industry with a natural enthusiasm that inspires others.
  • An inspiring and positive individual who communicates effectively and confidently with both colleagues and members.
Salary: £14,290 per annum plus commission.
