Job Description

We are pushing the boundaries of traditional retail environments and future proofing our business. We want Managers who are fearless, will take risks and reap the rewards.

Leadership and Management

  • Inspire your team and act as a role model
  • Develop, coach and motive your team to achieve success, holding them accountable where appropriate
  • Take responsibility of your store and be accountable for any outcomes
  • Develop relationships with your store team and ensure everyone is working to the same goals
  • Work closely with the Area Manager and contribute to the success of your area as a whole

Sales and Operations 

  • You will be fundamental in achieving results and going beyond set goals, driving store performance to its maximum potential.
  • Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.

Visual Merchandising

  • You will lead the team in delivering meticulous store presentation taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the GAME brand

Your Development

Qualifications

  • Retail management experience 
  • Passion for retail and development of our people
  • Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver
  • Positively impact results in sales, payroll and stock loss
  • Detail orientated
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • A desire and hunger to be the best
  • Promote the GAME values and our culture to internal and external parties
