A highly regarded Manchester based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Billing Assistant to join the firms accounts department to deal with billing and credit control.

You will be working as part of a friendly firm who have an excellent reputation and staff retention, offering flexible working if needed.

You must have previous legal accounts experience with experience of using a practice management and accounting systems, time recording and legal billing software.

Duties

  • Managing the firm’s billing process
  • Implementing the firm’s WIP management process
  • Implementing and enforcing the firm’s credit control process
  • Monitoring time recording across the firm and liaising with fee earners
  • Assisting with client onboarding processes
