Mode Search are supporting a global luxury fashion brand in their search for a Store Director for one of their prestigious London locations.


This brand who are highly respected for their innovative craftsmanship which is ingrained in their collections ranging from men and women’s ready-to-wear, accessories and exquisite leather goods is currently one of the top performing brands globally and due to this success they can offer strong growth and progression opportunity for successful candidates.


The Role

  • Lead and support a team, ensuring their training needs are met and team KPIs are achieved.
  • Supervise CRM and clienteling activities within the team, collaborating with the CRM Manager to foster loyal brand relationships.
  • Handle recruitment, attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the store action plan to reach sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and deliver the highest level of customer service.
  • Execute clienteling initiatives and events in partnership with other company departments to enhance client loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and cultivate a strong culture of private appointments.
  • Enhance store sales performance while adhering to the operating budget and managing expenses effectively.
  • Collaborate with retail operations, retail merchandising, and visual merchandising teams to develop strategic plans.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, additional languages is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role in luxury
  • Proficient in thriving in a fast-paced setting and overseeing a sizable team.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and enthusiasm for market trends and products.
  • Preferably holds a degree in Business/Retail Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, art, and design.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Possesses a client-centric approach towards business operations.
