Salary: Up to £100,000 base (OTE potentially £200,000) Uncapped + Excellent Benefits


Only people with current or previous sales experience selling Software Testing Services will be considered for this role.


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager/Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling Software Testing Services. This role is pivotal to our client’s continued growth and success within the Financial, Government, and E-commerce sectors.


About the Role:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. Your role will include overseeing the sales process, collaborating with senior team members to manage risks, and delivering compelling pitches to potential clients. You will also play a key role in identifying new market opportunities and ensuring a collaborative work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the sales process to attract new clients in the B2B sector.
  • Work closely with senior management to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain and nurture fruitful relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and pitches to potential clients.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of testing tools and software.
  • Maintain a high attention to detail and focus on fact-based decision-making.


Required Qualifications and Experience:


A minimum of 6 years of B2B sales experience.

At least 4 years of experience in selling Testing Services.

Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Deep understanding of the software testing industry and related tools.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
