Large-scale conferencing, experience of working on Internal communications events, Content Experience (building out engaging Event content) are all highly desirable for this role.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Senior Events PM, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing our valued client relationships while driving the successful execution of cutting-edge events and communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include:


  1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
  2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive event and communication strategies that align with their goals, ensuring innovative and impactful solutions.
  3. Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including budget management, timeline adherence, supplier coordination, and resource allocation.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and motivation to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Creativity and Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to the table, staying ahead of industry trends and contributing to the agency's innovative approach.
  6. Results and Reporting: Measure and analyse campaign performance, providing clients with insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Events, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in account/ project management within the events and communications industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multifaceted teams, delivering exceptional results on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to quality.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
