We are looking for a talented professional with at least 2 years PQE to join the dedicated Private Client team. Role Overview:
We have partnered with a well-respected law firm on this excellent requirement. As a key member of their Private Client team, and reporting into the Head of Private Client Division, you will take on a varied caseload, specialising in probate and estate administration. You’ll work autonomously while providing exceptional service to their clients during some of their most challenging times.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently execute client instructions related to probate and estate matters, adhering to the firm’s professional standards.
- Deliver regular, accurate progress reports to clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the process.
- Handle client queries with professionalism and clarity, both over the phone and in writing.
- Maintain organised records and a systematic filing system for all client matters.
- Meet budgeted fees and profit targets where applicable.
- Prioritise your workload effectively to manage a busy caseload.
Skills Requirements:
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- A collaborative spirit, with a willingness to support and mentor junior team members.
- A diligent and conscientious approach to your work.
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in Private Client law, with a focus on probate.
- Proficient in IT and PC literacy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break).
