About the Role


As People & Culture Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our General Manager and an energetic team that believes in delivering standout service. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR, playing a key role in fostering a work environment where anything is possible—and where fun and creativity are essential to everything we do.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR Department: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations within the People & Culture team, setting the standard for excellence and responsiveness.
  • Enhance Team & Guest Experience: Actively support the team and create a culture that reflects Radisson RED’s commitment to standout guest service.
  • Drive HR Strategy & Hotel Targets: Develop and implement HR initiatives to align with business goals, team development, and performance excellence.
  • Team Growth & Development: Manage every stage of the employee lifecycle, fostering a culture that emphasizes growth, performance, and potential.
  • HR Budget & Training Management: Take ownership of HR budgeting and training initiatives, evaluating performance with management.
  • Build Key Relationships: Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders and business partners to align team goals with overall hotel objectives.
  • Optimize Employee Resources & Development: Analyse and improve employee resourcing, compensation, development, training, and succession planning.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all HR legislation, documenting best practices and due diligence for internal and external audits.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced HR Professional: 5+ years in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within hospitality, with a relevant HR degree or professional qualification.
  • Leadership & Hands-On Approach: A proven leader with a hands-on, lead-by-example work style and a commitment to excellence.
  • Passion for Hospitality & Service: An enthusiasm for creating exceptional guest experiences and a love for the dynamic world of hospitality.
  • Problem Solver & Creative Thinker: Able to find innovative solutions, offering sound advice and proactive recommendations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with team members, build relationships, and foster a positive team culture.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with HR platforms such as Workday and Harri is a plus.
