The role:


Are you an ambitious Property Litigation Senior Associate 6+ years PQE looking to join one of Bristol’s top-tier disputes practices? If so, this firm would like to hear from you.


This team acts for an enviable client roster that comprises commercial property institutions, banks, investment companies and high-net-worth individuals. Therefore, the range of work on offer will be varied and interesting, from early-stage advice and mitigation, through to the most technically complex litigation.


You can expect to be involved in commercial landlord and tenant matters, telecoms rights and issues, development disputes, secured lending recoveries, property-related insolvency advice, high-value residential disputes (including enfranchisement), property-related professional negligence claims (generally acting for claimants).


As a Senior Associate, it’s crucial to show a range of competencies including an appetite for business development, client responsibility and thought leadership.
