Team Assistant required for environmentally focused tech firm, based in central London. Working closely with your colleagues and in support of the Technical Team, this will be a busy and varied role requiring excellence in planning, prioritisation, time management and communication. Office based three days a week, this role is ideal for an ambitious and driven individual keen to develop the role in the future.


Duties will include:

  • Diary management, scheduling of meetings (including attending, notetaking and follow-up emails – no formal speedwriting or shorthand required)
  • Travel organisation
  • Expenses
  • CRM administration (SharePoint/Teams)
  • Document template management to maintain branding and formatting
  • Equipment purchasing, including arranging Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Coordination of recruitment activities directly relating to the team, liaison with wider business
  • Report collation, and production of PowerPoint presentations
  • Working with the EA to plan and deliver team events
  • Wider office support, as and when needed


Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum five years’ experience as an Administrator including complex diary and travel management
  • Initiative, able to plan and prioritise
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of internal and external contacts and employees
  • Able to gather, interpret and analyse basic data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, changeable, and dynamic environment
  • Strong Office 365 skills including MS Teams, and ideally SharePoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Ideally an interest in or qualifications in the environment, technology, sustainability
