Wax London is a fast-growing Menswear brand with ecommerce, retail and wholesale channels. Known for our use of characterful fabrications, we are delivering something different to the menswear market. Due to our exciting growth, we are looking to strengthen our marketing team at our tight-knit head office team in Camden. 

 

The Ideal Candidate 

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. 
  • Proven track record of optimising campaigns to drive growth, revenue, and improved ROI. 
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills, with the ability to allocate spend efficiently. 
  • Experience with TripleWhale, Looker Studio and Tableau is a bonus. 
  • A team-oriented individual who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience in fashion or luxury industries is strongly preferred. 

 

Job Description 

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing strategies across multiple markets for Paid Search (Google, Bing), Display (Google, YouTube, Criteo), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), and Affiliate Marketing partnerships. 
  • Mentor and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure effective campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting. 
  • Oversee creative strategy for paid channels, partnering with the Creative Team to brief and optimise creative assets. 
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Ecom teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, stock levels, and website performance. 
  • Drive growth of the Affiliate Marketing Programme in partnership with the PR team, expanding and optimising partnerships. 
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficient spend and forecasting to drive profitable growth. 
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels. 
  • Utilise TripleWhale, Looker Studio, and Tableau to track attribution, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis and feedback. 
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, LTV, and other KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet profitability and growth targets.
