O'Neill and Brennan are currently looking for a Senior Estimator and Intermediate Estimator ( will also consider Quantity Surveyors that are looking to make that transition) for a Main Contractor who are looking to continue to grow out their team.


This role is 5 days aweek in a fasted paced office based in Central London.


Looking for people who have worked with RC Frame, Demolition, Basements, Fit Out Hotels and Offices projects previously with a Main Contractor or Regional Contractor.


Mainly working in pre-construction, Tenders, Pricing, Cost management, Dealing with Subcontractors, Dealing with Clients, Leading meetings.


You will be working with a team of Trainees and Assistant Estimators and reporting into a Estimating Manager.


This is a great position for a candidate who is looking for a progression route and a future plan with a excellent company with a very health pipeline of tenders and projects.

- 5+ years’ experience with a Demo / RC Frame / Fit Out / Basements

- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

- Proficiency with IT and new software technologies.

- Knowledge of various contract forms.

- Be able to lead client meetings.

- Be able to work in a fast paced office.

- Must have UK experience.
