Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Coordination: Efficiently manage team schedules, coordinate appointments, and arrange meetings to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a polished, professional point of contact for client communications, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Document Preparation & Review: Prepare, proofread, and organize essential documents for property transactions, client meetings, and internal presentations.
  • Office Operations: Maintain an organized, well-equipped office environment, including managing supplies and coordinating with vendors.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain property and client databases, ensuring accuracy and quick accessibility.
  • Team Support & Project Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to team members on various tasks and projects, including ad-hoc responsibilities as they arise.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1-3 years in a secretarial, administrative, or real estate support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented, with a talent for multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong Communication Abilities: Professional, courteous, and engaging with both clients and colleagues, fostering positive relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with real estate software or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and data management.
  • Proactive Mindset: Self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative to ensure the office runs smoothly.
