Skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize the most impactful change for our users, leveraging data and feedback to do so
  • Proven track record of shipping successful products in a startup environment, and have worked mostly in B2C products for 4-6 years
  • Effective priority management for the engineering team by empowering them to make the right level of product decisions, defining effective processes, defining specs clearly, etc.
  • Clear pulse on the market, understanding what good looks like, etc.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product roadmap development, ensuring we’re constantly innovating and improving
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, go-to-market, etc.) to bring our vision to life
  • Gather user feedback and conduct market research to inform product decisions
  • Prioritize features and enhancements that align with business goals and user needs
  • Ensure seamless, timely delivery of product specifications under high-pressure timelines
