My client, a leading name in the luxury industry, is looking for a talented Senior CRM Coordinator to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and optimising email automation programmes focused on customer engagement and repeat purchases. You’ll manage the development of direct mail campaigns for key commercial periods, monitor campaign performance, and leverage insights to continuously improve future campaigns.
Ideally, you will have hands-on experience in a similar CRM or marketing role, with a solid track record in managing CRM automated campaigns and direct mail programmes.
