Are you ready to elevate your marketing career with a premium brand committed to quality, innovation, and sustainability? Get Laid Beds is on the lookout for a talented Marketing Manager to drive our brand's expansion and engagement efforts worldwide. We’re not just creating beds; we’re building a movement around craftsmanship, comfort, and eco friendly living. Join us, and be a part of telling our story.

Who We Are:

At Get Laid Beds, we believe in creating more than just a place to sleep; we craft experiences designed with care, comfort, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Our handcrafted wooden beds and accessories reflect our brand’s premium standard, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can champion our message while ensuring it aligns with our brand’s values and guidelines.

What You'll Do:

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of crafting compelling campaigns that not only resonate with our audience but also reflect our brand’s unique ethos. You will create and execute impactful strategies across multiple channels, all within the framework of our brand guidelines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Development: Lead and execute innovative marketing campaigns that speak to our premium positioning and drive engagement. Use a creative yet consistent approach across digital, social media, email, PR and more.
  • Creative Ideation: Bring forward thinking ideas to life, while ensuring they fit within our brand’s aesthetic and messaging standards.
  • Brand Activation: Enhance brand presence by delivering cohesive and consistent storytelling that showcases our products' uniqueness and quality.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and measure campaign performance, using data to optimise results and inform future decisions. Communicate insights to senior leadership effectively.
  • Third party Collaboration: Partner with external agencies to produce high quality, on-brand creative materials.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management and digital marketing within a D2C ecommerce setting. You're a multitasker and a natural communicator who can craft compelling messages within brand guidelines. Experience in D2C or ecommerce is essential. You’ll bring strong skills across Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, email marketing (Klaviyo preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace or MS Office.

If you're ready to take on a role that makes a real impact within a dynamic and growing brand, we’d love to hear from you. Join us in building a brand that celebrates quality, creativity, and passion every step of the way.
