JOB PURPOSE To support the development of system capability and introduction of RPA tools to enable efficiency improvement and automation. Work with management team to build and report on KPI data. Evaluate, enhance and improve existing and new functions eg Lextegrity, P74 Data cleanse and validation Develop Qlik reporting capability to create and manage dashboard for transactional function, analysis data to identify area of process to address, areas of variance that can be standardised. RESPONSIBILITIES Work within the function to build reports and data analysis to ensure current business delivering to both SLA and KPI data. Work with functional manager to develop functional dashboard to allow tracking to team performance and delivery. Responsible for the creation and build of business reports via the QLIK tool and the reporting of KPI data at various levels within function and Pilgrims management teams. Work as an enabler for change within the function, build out process and steps to bring new business or remove business from the group should acquisition or disposals occur. Support train the trainer activity to ensure consistent training in support of process or system changes. Data cleanse and improvements, working with the business and team to deliver best practice. Support the functional management team to ID cost and process efficiency to enable budget delivery and opportunities to drive for group stretch goals. Support and drive delivery of projects within your functional area. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA System literate, specifically SAP Experience in building analytical reports and data to support business and process decisions. Change management experience. KPI development and reporting performance experience to multiple level of management within a business Presentation skills Support function or operational business experience of at least 3 years Self-starter, can work independently to deliver support and solution to the group. Experience working at multiple level and presenting to teams and senior management. Analytical mindset, challenge the status-quo, look for enhancement and review the outside market for improvement opportunities and tools
