Role Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant within our Construction Division, your key responsibilities will include: Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities. Build strong, long-term partnerships with key industry players. Tailored Recruitment Solutions: Understand clients' specific business needs and provide customised recruitment solutions to address those requirements effectively. Business Development: Use sales acumen, business development strategies, and networking to identify and capitalise on new opportunities within the engineering sector. What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven demonstrable experience in recruitment, particularly with a focus on delivery and business development in a corporate setting. Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for engaging with clients and candidates alike. Structured and Strategic Approach: Ability to develop and implement structured, strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Social Selling Proficiency: Awareness of social selling techniques, with the ability to leverage platforms like LinkedIn to connect with clients and candidates, build brand presence, and generate leads and solutions.
