About the Role:

As Digital Integration Director, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day output of the team, demonstrating clear, forward-thinking planning with focused attention on upfront planning across all media channels, particularly digital & video channels & platforms. You will elevate the clients learning, measurement, and innovation agenda through robust testing and first-to-market thinking. Additionally, you will contribute to the growing Digital Integration function within Hearts & Science, contributing ideas and getting involved in workstreams to help it evolve into an integral part of the business that drives revenue growth and improves client retention.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing the flawless planning and delivery of holistic digital campaigns across multiple brands.
  2. Working with senior agency partners to deliver new market opportunities rooted in business needs and build impactful joint business partnerships.
  3. Acting as the primary digital activation point of contact for the client, helping them move towards greater digital maturity.
  4. Leading and motivating a team to create holistic, innovative media plans that are then brought to life through effective buying.
  5. Ensuring stringent application of best practices across all campaigns to ensure campaigns run with no errors.
  6. Driving integration of different digital specialists to ensure a holistic approach to media buying.
  7. Working with the CX team to deliver closer connections between client marketing requirements and digital channel opportunities.
  8. Collaborating with the Connections Planning team to ensure timely delivery of relevant, informative briefs for activation and to ensure digitally mature thinking is applied to each stage of the planning process.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Experience: 8+ years working in digital, with specialist experience within at least two channels of PPC, programmatic display, and social. Proven experience of utilizing diverse data sources to accelerate digital performance.

Skills: Very strong understanding and knowledge of platforms in the social, programmatic, and search landscape, and the unique value each digital platform can bring to the media mix. Understanding the importance of website and user journey in the wider media planning process. Familiarity with advanced attribution and measurement solutions to help shape the development of our media planning & delivery output. Comfortable and proven track record of 1st, 2nd & 3rd party data knowledge, understanding & application.
