Are You Our Next Performance Marketing Manager?

We’re on the lookout for a customer-centric, results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to enhance our client campaigns, drive impactful traffic, increase conversion rates, and optimize marketing effectiveness. Your mission is to elevate customer satisfaction by implementing strategic and data-driven performance marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.

About the Role:

As a key member of our performance marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with our commercial, content, wider marketing teams and with our clients to create campaigns and refine campaign performance through ongoing optimization. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute customer-focused marketing strategies that drive performance across multiple digital channels.
  • Optimize campaigns through strategic budget management, A/B testing, and conversion rate enhancements to maximize ROI.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation, lead generation, and ABM strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and externally with clients, to share insights, improve conversion rates, and present results effectively.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to drive decision-making and propose innovative solutions.
  • Engage with creative teams and external agencies to continually test, refine, and improve campaign outcomes.

Your Background and Experience:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in the B2B tech sector, with a track record of delivering ROI-focused campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills for data modeling and extracting actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
  • Collaborative and organized, able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects with precision.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to client success.

Travel & Flexibility:

  • This is a remote role, but occasional travel may be required for internal meetings or team events. Customer meetings are mostly online.

Education & Technical Proficiency:

  • 5-10 years in a performance marketing role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other B2B paid channels
  • Expertise with digital marketing and analytics tools (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in project management software (experience in Monday.com, Asana, or Basecamp is beneficial).
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Home Office Requirements:

  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload).
  • A dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
  • Suitable office furniture (desk and chair).
  • Company-provided equipment includes a PC, webcam, headset, and all necessary software licenses.

Ready to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment where your performance marketing expertise makes a real difference? Apply today and be part of our mission to innovate in the world of B2B tech media.
