As our Brand Manager, you will be the strategic driver behind our brand’s growth. You will play a central

role in analysing consumer data, shaping the brand’s direction and driving our brand’s new product

development. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity and hands-on execution to build

brand loyalty, drive innovation and ensure our products resonate with our consumers.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Strategy and Positioning: Develop and implement brand strategies to build consumer loyalty

and increase our market share. Refine our brand values, voice and positioning to differentiate our

products from our competitors.


Data Analysis: Leverage consumer insights and EPOS data to understand evolving consumer trends.

Use data-driven analysis to guide our brand decisions, optimize marketing strategies and identify NPD

opportunities.


New Product Development: Work closely with the NPD team to drive NPD aligned with our brand, our

consumer’s needs and market trends. Lead projects from concept to launch, ensuring new products

reflect our brand’s commitment to quality and innovation.


Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing and promotional campaigns to

increase brand awareness, drive trial and grow sales.


Content and Creative Oversight: Collaborate with creative agencies to develop engaging content and

impactful packaging that resonates with our target audience ensuring consistency in brand messaging

across all touchpoints.


Budget Management: Manage and allocate the brand’s budget effectively to achieve our growth

objectives.


Collaboration: Work closely and successfully with other internal teams.


Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish and track KPIs for brand performance, including

market share, engagement, and product sales. Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior

management to inform strategic decisions.


Qualifications


Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, data analysis, or new product

development within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.

Education: Degree level


Skills:

  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with data analysis.
  • Knowledge of brand management principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behaviour.
  • Creative, with a strong understanding of new product development processes.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media analytics.
