You are passionate about delivering a high-quality service and excel in a multi-disciplinary environment. You possess a comprehensive understanding of risk and risk management and have excellent analytical skills to carry out high-quality assessments using Assetplus. What the Job Involves As a Youth Justice Officer, you will work as part of the Youth Justice Service, undertaking all duties related to safeguarding young people and managing community risk. You will be responsible for writing PSR, Referral Order, and Breach reports. You will make referrals and deliver high-level interventions using sequencing methods to reduce the risk of further offending, while managing the risk of harm to the individuals and the community. The role requires monitoring practices and processes and building close partnerships. You should be prepared to work occasional weekends and unsocial hours as needed, with opportunities for hybrid work. This position is subject to a rigorous interview process.
