MKJ Ignite are very happy to be working with Hunter & Gather who are an ancestrally inspired cross-category lifestyle brand dedicated to creating clean, nutrient-dense food and supplements. They provide products free from refined sugar, grains and seed oils, focusing on real ingredients to enable you to get back to natural living.

We are searching for a dynamic Customer Care Manager fluent in German to join their brand to support and educate customers who live by keto, paleo, and real food lifestyles.


What skills do you need to have to be considered?


Fluent in German and English both spoken and written is essential (Spanish would be a bonus) as you will be the go to person for all international queries.

Prior experience in customer service, with a knack for making every customer feel valued and heard.

Comfortable with customer service platforms and a self-starter with remote work experience.

Experience in FMCG, ideally within health & wellness, food, or drink would be an advantage.

⭐️A self-starter with a passion for the brand and a drive to exceed expectations.

Someone to promote a low-carb, ancestral lifestyle alongside like-minded people who live for real, healthy food.

Familiarity with D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, health lifestyle knowledge (Keto, Paleo, etc.), or any experience with Gorgias/Zendesk customer platforms would be desirable.

Collaborative mindset – able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


What You'll Be Doing:


Engage with customers in UK, Germany and across Europe, providing top-notch support for their inquiries on health-boosting products.

Support the marketing team by providing German translations, making sure our brand voice shines in every interaction.

Share your knowledge of Hunter & Gather’s products to educate and recommend ideal choices for customers’ health journeys.

Partner with the wider team to ensure smooth processes for returns, loyalty programs, and special promotions.
