Are you a Technical Product Manager with exposure to the Pensions industry? Do you have a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure with experience of working across the full Software Development Life Cycle? If so then this could be the opportunity for you!


Synchronicity Financial Services have been appointed by a multi-award winning Pensions firm to assist them in hiring a Product Manager to join their established Defined Contribution Operations team and provide vital support to the business in the development and maintenance of their DC Platform.


We are seeking an individual with a strong background in technical product management; who will act as the central contact for internal and third party teams with relation to queries around the defined contributions platform. You will be responsible for the management of the DC technology roadmap, acting as the reference point between IT, development and business teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks, providing updates and support to stakeholders where required.


Further responsibilities will see you operate as the major incidents manager; responding to any highlighted issues and ensuring the DC platform is maintained and managed in line with company wide processes and goals. You'll ensure any changes to the platform are well documented and shared across the company teams to create a centralised understanding and to allow for wider business functions to be aware of their areas of responsibilities.


To be successful in this role you will have an understanding of IT infrastructure including APIs, Cloud Networks (public & private) and a strong experience of working across the full SDLC. You'll be a strong communicator with an ability to translate business goals into technical requirements and will have experience in managing products to completion within set timelines.
