CNC Programmer | Shape the Future of UAV Technology

Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire

This is your chance to join a pioneering engineering company where you’ll work on uncrewed aerial systems and high-specification projects that matter—solutions that support national defense, private aviation, and even global environmental efforts.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team where your programming expertise directly contributes to critical projects. Imagine developing high-precision, aircraft-grade components on-site, right from prototyping to manufacturing—all within a company that’s rapidly expanding and reshaping the UK’s UAV landscape.

What’s in It for You?

  • High-Impact Work: You’ll program and operate CNC milling machines to produce components used in advanced UAVs and high-stakes defense technology. Every part you create supports projects ranging from private jets to anti-theft drone systems.
  • Career Growth: This organization is growing fast, offering continuous opportunities for development and advancement.
  • Hands-On Innovation: You’ll join an engineering culture that champions rapid prototyping, fail-fast approaches, and a collaborative space where your ideas are valued and implemented.
  • Flexible and Comprehensive Benefits: With a 6% matched pension, private health and dental insurance and an annual bonus of up to 15%, this role supports both your career and lifestyle.

You’ll be programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines and routers using Fusion360 and hyperMILL to produce precision, aircraft-grade components. These are 3-4 axis CNC Routers.
