The Role
Your shift? 4 on / 4 off, 12 hours from 7 to 7, and you’ll be part of a well-organized, supportive team. With fewer breakdowns and more planned maintenance, you’ll have the chance to focus on keeping things running smoothly—meaning your expertise will really shine. The Ideal You
- Experience: You’ll have an apprenticeship under your belt, and ideally, you’re coming from a food manufacturing background—or somewhere with similar standards and speed, like pharma.
- Personality: Confident, proactive, and a strong communicator. Here, arrogance doesn’t fly. They want someone who’s self-aware and serious about what they do.
