We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team in Wellingborough. As a WarehouseOperative, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse. This is a multi-temperature environment, meaning you will be working across different temperature zones to store and distribute our products.

This is a full-time, permanent role with two shifts: 06:00-15:00 and 13:00-22:00, alternating every two weeks on an 8-week pattern.  This pattern ensures that you work an equal number of early and late shifts over the 8 weeks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Working in a multi-temperature environment (chill and ambient) while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards
  • Using LLOP (low-level order picker) and picking items into cages and totes using a voice-picking system - we will provide full training
  • Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Keeping our warehouse clean and safe for everyone

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse (preferred)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team and independently when required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
