What You’ll Be Doing:
- Balancing both contentious and non-contentious caseloads like a pro.
- Drafting contracts, guiding restructures, and helping with mergers.
- Fighting for justice in employment tribunals, dealing with unfair dismissals, discrimination claims, and the occasional office soap opera.
- Turning chaos into clarity for workers and companies alike.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of PQE from a top-tier law firm.
- Exceptional communication skills (talk lawyerly to me).
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to vibe well with a team.
- A knack for helping people understand the jargon without the yawns.
