We are looking for an experienced Regional Brand Director based in London, to elevate our client's brand presence across the UK and Nordic markets, with a primary focus on the UK. This is a unique opportunity to bring the brand story to life through strategic campaign activation across both wholesale and retail channels, ensuring brand growth and market impact.

As the Regional Brand Director for our client based in London, you will lead the brand's strategic efforts across the UK and Nordics, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels. You'll be responsible for shaping and executing brand perception, driving market growth, and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute innovative marketing and communications strategies. A deep understanding of the UK market and a passion for premium apparel are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities in the position of Regional Brand Director will include:

Brand Strategy & Leadership:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, tailored to the UK and Nordic regions, with a focus on market penetration and customer engagement.
* Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across retail, online, and wholesale channels.
* Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends, particularly in the UK market, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
* Take ownership of the regional brand budget and ensure effective resource allocation.

Marketing & Communication:* Oversee all marketing initiatives, including retail and wholesale activations, digital and offline media, PR, influencer marketing, and social media campaigns.
* Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize campaigns for the UK and Nordics, ensuring they resonate with regional audiences.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and influencers to maximize brand visibility.
* Drive internal communications within the region, ensuring brand messaging consistency.


Team Leadership & Development:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing regional team in marketing and PR.
* Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture, ensuring talent development and retention.
* Cultivate an environment where creativity and performance are celebrated.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate closely with global brand, local merchandising, retail, and wholesale teams to align on commercial objectives and regional business needs.
* As a member of the regional management team, take responsibility for driving regional growth and market success.

To be considered for the position of Regional Brand Director, you will offer the following:
* Proven experience in brand leadership within the fashion or premium apparel sector, with a strong focus on the UK market.
* A genuine passion for premium fashion and a deep understanding of brand marketing, especially in retail and wholesale channels.
* Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving brand elevation through innovative campaigns.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Willingness to travel to Sweden monthly and to other regional markets as needed.
