What You’ll Be Doing:

As one of our Field Service Engineers, your role will be varied and rewarding. Here’s what you can expect to get up to:


  • Installation & Commissioning: You’ll be in charge of installing and setting up our cutting-edge food production systems, making sure everything runs smoothly from day one.
  • Maintenance & Support: Keep our equipment in top shape with preventative and corrective maintenance, making sure our clients get the best possible service.
  • Learning and Growing: There will be opportunities to visit our European head office to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and bring fresh ideas back to the team.
  • Working with Others: Collaborate with our UK team and international colleagues, sharing knowledge and ideas to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Keeping Things Organised: Handle service reports and manage travel logistics to ensure you’re always on top of things.


We’re looking for someone who has:


  • Experience: At least five years in the food production or related industries, with solid service engineering experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong mechanical skills and basic electrical knowledge; experience with Siemens PLC controls is a bonus.
  • Willing to Travel: Comfortable with travel within the UK & Ireland, and occasionally abroad.
  • Customer-Focused: You’re passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible: You’re happy with the occasional late hour or travel requirement when the job demands it.

Competitive Salary: A base salary of £38,000 to £45,000, with the potential to earn £65,000 to £70,000 through overtime.
