Denholm is working with a powerhouse global spirits business who are looking for an ambitious and strategic Senior Brand Manager to take the reins of their flagship Single Malt Whisky brands, creating excitement, delivering impact, and building a legacy. This is an initial 18 month FTC.

The business is dedicated to building brands that captivate their customers and inspire the consumer. As a Senior Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the brand portfolio across domestic and international markets, working with a team of passionate, like-minded professionals.

  • Strategy and Vision: Define and deliver the long-term brand strategy and positioning, steering your brands to align with our global ambitions.
  • Innovation Leadership: Lead groundbreaking initiatives and develop an innovation pipeline that sets new standards in the industry.
  • Brand Champion: Be the voice and guardian of your brands, ensuring consistency, creativity, and commercial success at every touchpoint.
  • Team Builder: Inspire, support, and lead your team to new heights. Help shape a collaborative environment where everyone thrives.
  • Insight-Driven: Analyse data, monitor market trends, and stay ahead of the competition, always on the lookout for new growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Manager: Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders—both internally and externally—to unlock the full potential of our brands.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: A solid background in brand or consumer marketing within FMCG or the Drinks Industry.
  • Leadership: You will have experience of line management and be passionate about developing people.
  • Strategic Mindset: The ability to craft, communicate, and execute a brand vision that aligns with both short-term goals and long-term strategy.
  • Creativity and Agility: A flair for consumer-centric brand building, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and inspire your team.
