Manpower Print & Packaging Division are currently retained on behalf of one of our prestigious partners, a global, industry leading brand within their field. We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager, based on site at Newcastle-under-Lyme.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, retention, and payroll for UK and Australia.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and employee relations, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Drive staff development, engagement, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with senior management and external partners on HR and compliance matters.
  • Lead disciplinary actions, terminations, performance appraisals, and staff budgeting.
  • Maintain HR systems, monitor metrics, and support strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • HR or Business Administration; CIPD Level 3+ required.
  • Experience with compensation, benefits, and managing HR teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, employment law, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal, strategic, and organisational skills.
