Rate: £500-550 per day inside IR35 via Umbrella

Contract Type: 6 Months

Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to develop and deliver change management strategies across large organisations. This role will be accountable for the investigation, development, and delivery of change initiatives to support the overall goals and outcomes of a group-wide program.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the change workstream of a specific global programme, overseeing its planning, execution, and successful implementation.
  • Identify, engage, and align stakeholders from various levels of the organisation to foster a collaborative approach in planning and implementing changes.
  • Collaborate with the project team to design and deliver workshops that engage the business and foster ownership of solutions.
  • Ensure feedback loops are open throughout the project and adapt business change readiness plans as needed.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders in the programme and the business to ensure the delivery of effective solutions.
  • Support a tailored communication plan for the program, integrating existing communication plans and other business changes. Ensure stakeholders have a unified view of progress, changes, and milestones throughout the lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and address barriers to programme success, demonstrating problem-solving skills and escalation procedures to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate workstream and program performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.


Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in successfully delivering change projects/programmes with a high impact on people and ways of working.
  • Ability to connect and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex strategic ideas to a wide range of audiences.
  • Strong ability to design, plan, and proactively manage change and capability initiatives to completion.
  • Experience in the Utilities industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address barriers to programme success.
