ABOUT THE ROLE
As our valued Cleaning Supervisor, at The Spa by Bamford, you will ensure the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of all areas, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics. You will lead and support a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring efficient task execution, attention to detail, and adherence to strict health and safety protocols. Your role is key in creating a pristine and serene environment for our guests, enhancing their overall club experience.

SALARY: 27000
HOURS: Full time - Weekend Flexibility is key

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure High Standards of Cleanliness and Hygiene: Oversee and maintain impeccable cleanliness in all areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and wet areas, ensuring that they meet luxury standards
  • Team Management and Training: Supervise and manage a small team of cleaning staff, providing ongoing training and guidance to ensure consistency in performance and adherence to the spa's cleanliness protocols
  • Inspect and Monitor Cleaning Operations: Conduct regular inspections of the spa facilities to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, and take corrective actions when necessary
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Maintain cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring that all necessary products and equipment are available, while managing stock levels and reordering as needed
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices for hygiene, and reporting any hazards or maintenance issues that may arise within the spa.


SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently ensure that every area of the spa is meticulously clean and presentable, maintaining luxury-level standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to effectively manage, motivate, and guide a small team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment
  • Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management to prioritize and schedule cleaning tasks efficiently, ensuring that all areas are cleaned promptly and with minimal disruption to spa operations.
  • Knowledge of Cleaning Techniques and Equipment: Expertise in various cleaning products, techniques, and equipment, including eco-friendly and specialty cleaning solutions suited for a luxury spa environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to quickly address cleaning or maintenance issues as they arise, using problem-solving skills to adapt to unexpected situations while ensuring minimal impact on guest experience.
