Regional Sales Manager - South

The Role: This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, target driven, passionate and dynamic Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in both Account Management and developing relationships with potential new customers, looking for a field based role to join our client ,who are a highly successful, UK manufacturer of janitorial and hygiene supplies!

Selling the company's wide range of janitorial supplies including paper products, catering products, chemicals, dispensers, PPE, and much more, this is a truly varied role networking through an account base within a plethora of industry sectors. Your clients will be any business that could use or re-sell these products, such as Facilities Management businesses, Contract Cleaners, Food Service Operators, Corporate Offices, Leisure & Distributors, ranging from smaller independent organisations to large National chains.

This role will give you the best of both worlds, being a very even split between building and securing relationships with new customers, which you will source through an extensive CRM database and targeted prospect list, as well as effective management of an established account base that will require a close relationship to ensure retention and growth is achieved.

Dealing with decision makers from Purchasing & Procurement Managers all the way up to MD's, Business Owners and CFO's, you will need to be adaptable in your approach to suit the customers level of seniority and be an agile communicator.

This is a home-based role, with the expectation to visit Head Office in Leicestershire once per week, so you will need to be highly organised, structured, and self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time effectively, booking face to face meetings with both potential new and existing customers, through a range of outreach methods. This role has a key focus on clients in the South of the country but has a National remit.

Requirements: To be considered for the Regional Sales Manager role you must:

· Have at least 3 years B2B, field sales experience, with a stable track record of employment and performance
· Ideally have sold into facilities management or contract cleaning organisations before.
· Be a consultative & structured salesperson, who has a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

The Package for Regional Sales Manager

· Basic salary circa £38 -42k (+ highly competitive OTE)
· Generous car allowance

· 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays (raising by 1 every 2 years of service to a total of 10 additional days)

Location for Regional Sales Manager - South - While this role is focusing predominantly on the South of the country, but does have the freedom to approach clients across the whole of the country the ideal location of this candidate will be Oxfordshire & Warwickshire.
