Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help manage enterprise architecture and digital transformation projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions that drive tangible business value. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology consulting and a desire to grow in project management within a globally-focused, innovation-driven firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering enterprise architecture and digital transformation projects, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Support senior team members in defining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client goals and project requirements, leveraging tools like LeanIX and other architecture management platforms.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, assisting in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Assist in managing the implementation of Architecture as a Service (AaaS) and Transformation as a Service (TaaS) solutions tailored to specific client needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools, learning and adapting to industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and project success.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, ideally within the IT consulting or enterprise architecture space.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and digital transformation processes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
  • Hands on of project management methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or any project management certification is a plus but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A desire to learn and grow within a technology consulting environment.
