Is a well known built environment consultancy with a multidisciplinary office based in London. They work across a number of prestigious and unique projects within the residential, educational, industrial, and commercial property sectors.


Your New Role

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the design development and leading the technical direction of the group. You will assist in managing the Building Services team, developing new and existing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the technical development of the Building Services group.
  • Managing existing clients and developing further opportunities.
  • Growing the team through new and repeat clients.
  • Ensuring projects meet legislative and health and safety requirements.
  • Advising clients and architects on energy use and conservation.
  • Peer reviewing colleagues’ work.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or HND in Electrical Engineering.
  • Chartered status or on the pathway to Chartership.
  • Experience in designing projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience in winning work.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
