As a dedicated Administrator you will be an integral part of achieving this, while always striving to keep our customers’ power flowing. You will report to the Connections Input Services Operations Team Leader, providing day to day administrative support to the Connections input Services team to ensure regulatory compliance with our current license obligations under SLC15 and the Competition in Connections Code of Practice.

Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be accountable for:


·Using an in-house application to input data from application requests, external submissions and other requests

·General email queries

·Telephone queries

·Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational activities

•Strong IT skills including Word and Excel

•Customer service experience

•Organisational skills to achieve deadlines

•Quality and accuracy skills

•Strong communication skills

•Team player


Qualifications and Attributes


Essential Qualifications and Experience


•Minimum qualification of 5 GCSEs A-C OR NVQ L2.

•IT skills and experience with using Microsoft packages

•Excellent customer service experience both internally and externally

•Experience working towards tight deadlines


Desirable Qualifications and Experience


•Administration or Business qualification

•Administration and data inputting experience to a high level of accuracy

•Experience in the electricity industry
