Marketing Manager - Hybrid Working - Up to £55k - Petersfield/Fareham

Role Overview


As the Marketing Manager, you will own and implement the marketing plan, focusing on achieving key performance indicators related to lead generation, product marketing, and revenue growth. This results-oriented role requires strong digital skills and experience in enhancing user experience, as well as expertise in product marketing to support the research, development, and successful launch of new products.


Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the marketing team and senior management to implement a successful marketing plan that reflects company values.
  • Develop a marketing strategy that meets KPIs aligned with business goals.
  • Enhance customer experience by improving resources and sales tools for key segments.
  • Generate leads to support growth and launch targeted campaigns for new markets.
  • Conduct market research for new product development and effective launches that maximise ROI.
  • Manage all marketing channels and oversee the marketing mix, ensuring optimal performance within budget.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing.
  • Background in Manufacturing/FMCG
  • CIM Professional Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with marketing technology and product marketing.
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
