This fast-growing commercial client is looking to recruit a qualified Accountant for a Senior Management Accountant role, to be part of the company's growth plans.
Your new role
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for the group entities. You will prepare and produce management accounts for group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Manage the consolidation of financial statements for multiple subsidiaries, ensuring seamless integration and reporting. Develop and maintain cashflow forecasts to support strategic financial planning and decision-making. Handle multi-currency transactions and reporting, ensuring accurate conversion and compliance with international standards. Lead the implementation and optimisation of financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including management accounts, year-end accounts, and tax returns. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead the annual statutory audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring all audit requirements are met.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA, CIMA or ACCA ambitious qualified Accountant and be a proactive individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, looking to progress your career with a forward-thinking company.
What you'll get in return
This is a hybrid role; 3 days in the office 2 remote, salary £60,000 - £70,000, pension, enhanced holiday.
