As a dedicated Analyst, you will be responsible for interpretation of data to support the development and improvement of key business processes, not only within the Business Support function, but also within the wider organisation.

ey Responsibilities T

he successful candidate will be accountable for:•

Work within a closely managed reporting cycle making sure that we meet both internal and external reporting requirements•

Interpret data and identify key trends and important findings to define actionable insights to improve performance and processes•

Presentation of data and findings to internal and/or external audiences adapting styles accordingly•

Ensure accurate records are maintained to facilitate timely payment approval’s, whilst working towards continual improvement•

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards providing accurate and timely data to aid the business in strategic decisions•

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders•

Work within the wider support teams to develop skills and understanding of Northern Powergrid, Business Support and processes

Strong numeracy skills and ability to interpret complex data

Q

ualifications and AttributesE

ssential Qualifications and Experience•

Minimum qualification of 2 A Levels C or above OR NVQ Level 3 OR ONC in Business Management •

Advanced Excel knowledge•

D

esirable Qualifications and Experience•

Full UK driving licence •

Experience in data analysis roles•

Power BI reporting•

Experience using SQL or VBA
